     You should always contact us earlier in the Foreclosure Timeline and Process whether you find that you are looking into Bankruptcy, currently in Pre-Foreclosure, just received you NOD - Notice of Default or have a scheduled Notice of Sheriff Sale auction, which would take place at their office in the deputy's department for the county of your home.
